it's not halt or whatever or whoever

it's continuous delay of things that irks people.
they already started floating the word "drilling in 2q 2017"
which is interpreted by me as drilling in 4q 2017 at the earliest
and actually in 2018 if ever they will drill.
also, simba still remains as an only one property company
with no progress at all in other promised lands.
life is time-limited.
it cannot be wasted indefinitely.
as for me i will be gone by the end of this year.
