Harjay....I was only referring to the Timeline for the NR. and not P.O.S. suits them. I respect myself more than others but the SMB Management is not worthy of such. When has the Management of Simba not LIED to shareholders. I sold millions of. SMB worthless SHARES but still hold a million after investing thousands of dollars in this crapppy shhite.....Harjay what you do with your shares is your decision and what I do with mine is, my problem. Sorry, that any negative comment on Simba may hit a nerve of yours but zero credibility by the lying SMB Management doesn't warrant any respect. At least , not by me --after their BAD trek record.

If you are refering to me ( P. O.S. ) that is not very polite , if you refering to the co. well you have options of holding and seeing where this ends up , or  selling which i thought you had done already according to past posts by you and move on.. If you've moved on why are you still here  ??? 

and i believe Mudsey posted this on June 14 , so if there was another  board mtg. next week it takes us into June 20  / 21 time frame  if they had it on time to begin with.
Then whatever they discussed  has to be put into a  N / R which has to written up according to what they want to tell us, that is most likely not done in a day or two but you know might take a week or more so now where past end of June into first or even possibly second week of July.

If we get a  N / R before that i would be surprised. Nothing is ever when you want it to be so chill out and take things as they come not  when you want them to come.

And try being civil and polite , its a reflection of the type of person you are when you insult other people.

Update From Mark received June 13

 

One more Board/Mgmt meeting next week to confirm upcoming developments and Simba can then address many operational concerns that shareholders have.
 
The next steps in Kenya will be addressed as well as the company’s financial status going forward.
 
I will advise you as soon as I am able to share more details!
