It is a very fragmented industry so there is a great opportunity to grow over the next several years especially in U.S. Slightly inflation protected. Contracts don't change yearly so it is protected over the next few years Executes very well and management owns a lot of shares. Buy 2, Hold 3, Sell 0 . Also likes and owns Summit Reit.
