RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Summit to be acquired by Dream Industrial & GICI should have provided my rational in the previous post. Nevertheless, most manager’s mandates provide a maximum % of a single holding. GRT and DIR are likely already at or near max because of their size and liquidity. That will dictate where they look. NXR and PRV should benefit with NXR the main beneficiary of new money entering IMO.
