is it related to interest rate policy?

I'm not sure why it's down either this is down 4% dir.un is down 2% chp.un is down 1.7% HR.un down .8% I would call it a buying opporunity, but I don't know what's going on.  I got no cash so I'll continue to hold.  I'm up 60% on this one.  My other reits are about even.
