A takeover is not likely
The price has risen too much over the theoretical NAV.
Thw offer would need to be $24 in order to ensnare
investors to sell.
I doubt that this will happen

Geeze I remember buying this thing at 12.50 and it was over book at the time. Just letting it run. How high can this thing go? Lol I know through work industrial space is booming but still surprised. Anybody own Dream Industrial or WPT before the buyout?

It is just a hot sector with limited supply and lot of demand. Look at the spreads on new leasing. Dream Industrial is my largest holding. Own WPT also but sold out half at 21.85 and selling out rest shortly if someone buys out. Also have Granite REIT and Prologis and STOR.

Nice. Leaving summit to run in the tfsa. Looking at Dream for rrsp
