August 8 Appeals court hearing on a patent infringement claim by Smartmetric. A ruling should be know soon after that date.
Smartmetric engaged a lawfirm specialised in this field and every indication is that they are in with a chance.
Worth paying attention to this stock and worth doing some research . The website offers all info on their product and legal case.
Investorshub and yahoo finance are other 'sources' of info.

given what is at stake here the stock is saying their chances of winning this case are next to zero. I own the stock notwithstanding as a "lottery ticket". The whole issue of passwords and web security is back in the headlines again and SMME are a player in the sector.

Hope the focus will get back to producing the cards with inbuild security. Legal issue has dominated this stock for far too long. I think the odds of Smartmetric profitting from this legal case are far greater than the odds of buying a lottery ticket so good on you to take the punt.
