bears still working it down

I just placed an order to by 7600 shares at .491 which was just slighty above the ask.  It was filled by one transaction of about 3500 shares and the remaining were filled immediately, 100 shares per transaction.  I ended up with 36 fills at .4909.  To me that indicates a bear has an iceburg order in so as not to reveal his full order and drive the price down prematurely.
