Why is Sundial Raising money?!?

Sundial clearly had interest in ZENA and was trying a hostile takeover early January...
Is Sundial going to let Hexo buy Zena for so cheap or perhaps Sundial is going to provide ZENA with a better offer since they are clearly interested in the company...thoughts?

Sundial is playing dirty pool IMHO on this whole ZENA thing, they can't afford to take ZENA out for what it's worth and now they are taking ZENA to court to try and crush the company down to a level where they can swallow them up. Karma is a bytch and I can see these moves coming back to haunt the company longterm. Like it or not, that's my thoughts. All the best Q
