Ladies and gentlemen effective February 7 Sundial will no longer be in compliance with minimum price of $1.00 based on six months. Get ready for reverse split 10 or 12 to 1 split. Announcement will be this week or early next week.

First of all, a reverse split would surprise NO-ONE - even if Sundial sp gets above the $1.00 range, they do a 5-1 and be done with it. Second - Sundial recieved a 6 month extension on the deficiency and they may be well above the $1.00 mark in 6 months with improved financials and the full reporting of Alcanna - and Nova.
