I have nothing to do for a while and was reading your comments from the AGM.
I thank you again and what I`m saying does just reflect what I see.

I`m still trying to figure out the move of the AGM 2013 to January 24th-2014 ?
Why they released the Financial bombshell the day before without warnings ?.
And why the leaked rumors and Brokers advice as to buy SIO when there was nothing (yet anyways) to justify them ?.
There has to be a reason, since the only new and positive thing that came out of the AGM was the new Board (and thats again hoping but this time at least with a mandate and very lean ).
We can`t use the fact that even as we reported huge losses again the SP did not go down that day even though there were no new news.
Maybe the rumors were true and something is coming soon and that gave a chance to some quick profits for some and some accumulation to others ?.

As of yesterday and today there`s no sign of Global Maxfin and so far very little from ANON, there`s anchor of over 225.000 at 0.12, not much at 0.115 on the Asks, and not very much on the Bids.

AGM
Some of my notes/thoughts from the AGM.

- The new board has been approved.
Good.!!
- Fiscal 2013 was a strategic repositioning for Sensio :
Again.
1. Focus on 3DGO!
It`s our only chance.
2. Stop Live 3D.
It was already done.
3. Outsourcing of patent licensing (WiLan)
.It was already started.
4. Cost cutting program...20% cut in fiscal 2013. 10% more since the start of fiscal 2014.
Why?.

- 12 of 15 biggest movie in 2013 in 3D.
Non applicable till.
- The movie Gravity earned 80% of revenue in 3D.
Non applicable till.
- In 2013, 59M 3D TV sold...in 2017 it is projected to be 157.7M.
Non applicable unless.
- A consumer poll in UK indicated that 3D content is number 1 problem. Glasses came in fourth.
Non applicable unless.
- Glassless TV will be commercially available in 3 years.
.Non applicable unless we sell our format.

- Revenues to come from :
1. Patent Licensing (WiLan). They think it will cover Sensio's operating cost in the future
2. Tech Licensing (Hi Fi Format)
3. 3DGO! Rentals
 They have said that already.

- A license deal (like Samsung and Panasonic) is worth between 250k-500k per year, depending on the region it covers and the products covered (TV, tablets, etc).
TOO LOW.
- China represents 43% of 3D TV market.
But there are too many hurdles that SIO was going to address, what happened?.

On the things to look forward :
1. more CE manufacturers (no name were obviously given, but it clearly transpired from the discussion that some are close to be announced).
AGAIN.
2. S2D switch to be licensed in Japan, China and Europe.
Almost done
3. 3DGO! in Europe with Panasonic since they already have a deal for North America. Europe 3D market is three time bigger than the US. This will take a while since there's many countries in Europe with different language, taxes, etc. The chemistry is great between Panasonic and Sensio. If there`s good chemistry why don`t they buy the Hi-Fi ?
3. New program to licence the new « temporal interpolation » patent. Discussions with WiLan.. Why not push Hi-Fi?.

Now for 3DGO! :
- 100 titles under licence.
We already knew.
- The growth of registered users is impressive! Almost all attibuted to the new Vizio TV sold with Sensio app (not the old models).
I still think is pathetic,no marketing whatsoever.
- Sensio is now in a position to study 3DGO! customers. It gives them real numbers to model on the financial side. With Panasonic and Vizio, they can extrapolate number of registered users, number of rentals and revenue that will go to Sensio.
Waste of money.

I had the chance to watch the demo between 3D on a HD TV and a 4K TV (with the same blu-ray source). It is simply amazing on the 4K TV
. Do you remember which model of TV they used ?.
I also tried the 3D tablet. It looks pretty good. It will be a nice feature. It's done on Android operating system, so it should be easy to adapt to other tablets.
What type of tablet was it?.

AGM - Part 2
Random thoughts :

I really felt the new BOD is a great change...that Sensio is no longer only a r&d company.   They need contacts in the movie industry and marketing experience to address the 3D customers
I agree about the new Board, but remember we had good people on the old board also with contacts and they were not utilized properly or at all, let`s hope this time things will be different.

I am not a big fan of the CEO Routhier.  He did an ok job today.  Much more impressed with Laberge and Choquette, they were solid.
I`m not a big fan either as you know but on the other hand it`s easier to be solid when what you say does not mean as much (assuming).

They are aware that a CE manufacturer signing is the news that will move the stock.  When the share price tops 0,18$, the warrants will bring more than 4M$.
Very debatable, people will wait for stability before they excercised the warrants, meaning the SP will have to climb much above the 0.18 and stay constant for a while, we know our SP and to ad 26 million shares at once is to take a huge chance unless we have something very solid to bck us up ,like Panasonic going really good, another CE on board, tablet etc.

2013 was about restructuring the company.  It's now lean and ready to bring in the revenues.
We are as lean as we could be,but we also need people to push our products, there`s so much fat you can burn.

3DGO! should be on Panasonic TV in april.  If I recall correctly, they have 1,2M tv in the US...Vizio 900k...but 700k are older models from which not many registered users to 3DGO!.  So 13 000 registered users are almost all coming from 200k new models bundled with the Sensio app.  The industry is impressed by this kind of traction.  3DGO! is really at the right time and the right place.  The demande is high.
Let`s hope Panasonic it`s up and running by April, but I can`t see the Industry being impressed by what traction?,there`s none or we would not be going to refinance better terms geared to subscribers and rentals, maybe SIO is happy, I am not  YETand I don`t think the Industry is YET either anyways

As you can see from my two posts, the AGM gave me good confidence in Sensio's road map to success.  A chapter has closed in 2013.  A new one is beginning and it looks good.
I`m with you there again hoping, I don`t like the way they closed the chapter with the gypsy trades, manipulation and certain accumulation of shares to certain people, and I hope the way they started the year with leaked rumors will not be a reflection of what`s to come.

RE:RE:AGM
@bigo

They are begining to see revenues from a Hisense tv model in China.  Don't expect 3DGO! in the short term there.  The internet over is too slow for the streaming to be done with good quality.  Also political reasons.  At the moment, Hisense and TCL are selling almost no 3D TV in the US.
I keep posting about this and still makes no sense, this was a global deal, we knew CHINA was the biggest share of the pie,if they were not going to pay royalties till content was delivered why all of a sudden we are seeing small revenues, they were not clear again,if that`s the case we should have a ton of royalties waiting somewhere. From the huge success of TCL-Hisense on the CES 2013 everybody assumed they were going to sell lots of TVs in the USA, what happened.

I think Europe is the next market they are working on for 3DGO! and licensing their patents.  The market over ther is huge.
WE should conquer the  American market first, USA, CANADA, MEXICO and South America, then with the experience jump the pond, but it`s hard to do with 18 people and worrying about cutting a couple more to give value to the shareholder.
In order to be a global conqueror we need ambassadors in every major market, we have been getting patents and licences for certain products, there`s so much out there, so little time and so much work, in other words a huge task one that requires knocking on doors till you knuckles bleed, every door of every major, to do that you need money also.
Let`s see and hope that our new BOD can see that and address it properly .

Did George Karam, Paquet and Peloquin spoke at all ??.
Did you speak to many shareholders and did they all shared your views ?.
Any hostility towards Routhier ?.

Thanks.

Cheers.
