WILAN AND TOSHIBA REACH AGREEMENT TO END LITIGATION
Wi-LAN Inc. and Toshiba Corp. have agreed to end pending litigation in Florida between the parties concerning certain television patents. As part of the agreement, Toshiba will receive a licence to certain Wi-LAN patents. All other terms of the agreement are confidential.

WILAN SIGNS DEFINITIVE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH TOSHIBA
Wi-LAN Inc. has signed a definitive licence agreement with Toshiba Corp. The licence is pursuant to the agreement between Wi-LAN and Toshiba to end litigation which was announced in a press release issued by the company on Jan. 9, 2014.
