frnwid, you have been around here long enough,I respect your posts and I share some of your views.
But to tell you the truth, a few things ticked me the wrong way.
He was six minutes late, I always consider punctuality a great virtue and he is always late..
The first 8 minutes were a waste of time for almost everybody that have followed the stock.
3DGo-PAN is inminent but again with an end of Fiscal year launch,he had advanced it to somewhere in April during the last AGM.
If 3DGo is already fully functional with Panasonic why the delay again?,the deal was announced 8 months ago and it must have been worked lots in advance.
He mentions that Marketing it`s all worked out with Panasonic,and that there are 1.015.000 sets in the USA, but if you check their web site and the 3D apps ,3DGo is non existent as an App and there`s no word of a launching,unless it comes today or later.
He gave percentages of 3D Tvs sold and China was leading with 43% and then Europe with 30% ,the USA was last at 7%.
Near term for 3D at home are 3D movies.
He was very proud of the progress of movie rentals, but a cold approach it only shows for the 3rd quarter almost the same number of active users as movies rented, one movie per user per quarter,frankly I think is pathetic as I mentioned before,percentages are great if they show good results.
He praised Wilan, they came out like a wild horse but have been very quiet,but the fact that it takes so long to ink a deal and that they have their own and other peoples deserve a bit more time.
Once signed and he never said this before each deal for the switch should bring between $250.000 and $500.000 annually,it does not look like much but I guess once combined with all other forms of revenue will amount to more and hopefully cover the expenses.
He mentioned other Majors work in progress but could not elaborate as usual,due to the same old things.
He mentioned that it`s hard to set up and run in other countries but they are working hard on it.
NeuLion and Deluxe doing their share of help and support to get things going smmothly.
Working hard on Canada and Europe.
The China bussiness model it`s very difficult,can`t make any commitment and "IF" (I did not like that word)will break there.
He apologized for the silence since the last CC (they have been extremely busy) anybody can think what they want, and promised again more communication and clarity.

On the Questions:
Ralph Garcea, praised the new numbers from Vizio.
Asked about the size of Panasonic in the USA 91.015.000) and was told that Panasonic will be sending notices and informing all owners that they have 3DGo availble on their TVs.
He asked about other CE coming on board, what time frame ,one two months?,
The answer was that SIO is getting better at this,that NeuLion and Deluxe are doing a good job and that developing a new plarform would take about three months,on the last CC he mentioned four months, I guess they are getting better,all we need is customers.
He also mentioned that with Panasonic it was a walk in the Park, It must have been a long walk.
RG asked about the Movie Studios renewal, Routhier said that Paramount has a deal for two years meaning one year remaining but they are already working on it.
RG asked about lowering the rental fees for the past Holidays and how will it affect when they raise them again, we`ll see.

Mark from CIBC he asked about the 3DTV reduction in sales and if glasses free will affect SIO,the answer was NO.

It sounded like ASAIM from BEACON, he asked which manufacturers was SIO talking to, Routhier answered that it was not their style to divulge who they are targeting but that they are very significant players.
Some people may not be excited about Panasonic but they are world leaders.
Routhier confirmed again Hisense and TCL and the delivery of content to them.
Regarding the USA discussion with Big Manufacturers,SIO have been talking to the same people for over two years and it`s getting closer, "IF" ther`s ever one with them (that word again).

I found Routhier and Choquette extremely nervous.
There was not much new, a couple of confirmations,we still don`t know when Pan-3DGo is launching ,just that now will be before the end of the Fiscal year.
I was completely dissapointed at the lame questions and the fact that NOBODY asked about the 87.000.000 shares traded in 7 months, the 47.000.000 alone in the last 6 weeks and the huge leap of the SP on basically no new news..
While the CC was going on:
the first 6 minutes 452.000 shares were traded and we were down 0.035
by the time it was over 730,000 shares and we were down 0.015.

There were some doors left ajar for us to try and see something, but what?, nothing really concrete and or sure. A typical CC.
I can`t really see a great catalyst unless they have something and are holding it.
Panasonic when launched will take some of the slack from Vizio and hopefully spruce sales right up, we need more that`s for sure,the Majors are still coming,I did not like the "IF" word twice
AS of now 12.13 we are down to 0.265 and:
BEACON had a crosstrade of 200.000 for 0.26 and bought 78.000 at 0.265,they also have a buy order for 200.000 at 0.26, doing a bit of propping.
Again strange.
Stand to be corrected,that`s what I saw.
