Since I have been swimming against the current and questioning the late happenings I can write this post .
I went back to Sept 30-2013 again and started from there, I know that many keep saying forget about it but I still have time before my present project ends.
Remember that the first tranche of the last PP closed on Oct 4-2013 for $2.04 million with the SP at 0.09 and the second closed on Nov 13-2013 for $630.000 with the SP at 0.075 .
From Sept 30-2013 to Nov 13-2013, 30.000.000 were traded at an average of 0.09.
From Nov 13-2013 to March 11-2014 the day before BEACON started buying 14.500.000 were traded at an average of 0.098.
From March 12th till April 22nd, 25.500.000 were traded at an average of 0.175.
On April 23rd 2014 there was a PR announcing the release of the Financials on April 29 and a CC on the 30th.
From April 24 to April 30th, 33.250.000 were traded at an average of 0.31.
But on April 24-25 alone 17.000.000 were traded at an average of 0.326.
From April 30 to May 23rd (yesterday) 12.000.000 were traded at an average of 0.267. that`s including the dates of the PR announcing PAN-3DGo launch.
If we look at the dates and activity there`s nothing catalytic to justify the movement and variation,maybe some rumors and spiced up statements on the CC but nothing concrete.
So WHO knows WHAT.
WHAT`s really going on.
WHY is this happening?.
The way the PP was done did not leave a good taste with many, we went from a loan to a Shares-Warrants give away. Going from 63.000.000 shares issued to an almost sure 120.000.000 once all warrants get exercised.
There were no CCs for over 10 months to explain anything.
We had the PR about PAN-3DGo with a Holiday launch but that was changed on the DEC 2013 Update with a crappy excuse.
We had a demonstration on the CES 2014 with a Toshiba 3d and 3DGo.
A AGM again full of promises and projections and the appointment of a new BOD.
A renegotiated deal with Disney.
Another quarter losses and finally a CC but again with the same projections but this time a couple of Ifs and the Majors still coming.
All these is fine and dandy, Routhier mastered the sell hope to the investors but has not mastered the sell the technology we have to survive.
On the Majors coming on board,I find it hard to believe that they are waiting for more proof, no LG will say in January “we`ll come on board in JUNE” ,this has been going for a long time now, we can talk-speculate-assume but we are little ants with no saying whatsoever, so whatever it`s said here it may be read by the Gods but that`s about it, there`s no influence or power of perhaps suggesting , NADA, we are at their mercy .
As I mentioned before I did not see anything new on these past months to justify the orgy of trading and huge spike on the SP.
I hope stays there and climb but that`s out of our hands.
The potential is there, but time flies .
Lets hope the BOD will comes through and some of the other deals will materialize sooner than later, but that`s their game.
And I still like to know more about "porting" and how that deal was really structured.
Again IMHO.
