Hedge, from my point of view there`s nothing new here,in simple words we have been doing some of the things Routhier talks about and we could have done some of the others.
What this patent gives us is legality-protection and peace of mind to proceed with SIO Hi-Fi.
It`s complimentary to the accelerated one from 2010,hopefully meaning the culmination of the process.
We have Europe and now USA and once we get Japan-China we`ll have the invention patented worlwide,there will be no hustles to fight to sell our format in case there were doubts.
Is this what some of the Majors were waiting for before jumping on board??, maybe not but now there are no excuse as to limitations.
One more patent under our belt, it tells you the length of time it took and it`s good news for us.

Again IMHO.
