SIO-3DGo

SIO-3DGoI just got a good victory with one of my clients through my Consulting.
I like to compare it to some of the SIO deals even though they are different scenarios, they join at the end.
My client had to make a choice ,to lay off 8 employees in order to keep his account with bad terms.
Basically he was told that they could procure the same order in China with an extra three week delivery and save 2% on the final price, you have to remember that they have been doing business for a few years.
My advice was no,not to do it,knowing the logistics and other delays there was no way that they could do it,my client had everything in place and it was only a matter of moving some orders and hiring two part-time employees to satisfy everybody.
Today he got the call with the order,we negotiated an extra week late delivery for their delay, maintained our price and had to hire only one part-time employee.

You wonder what this has to do with SIO?
Thru some unknown reasons almost all SIO deals are bad, they don`t seem to continue their momentum right after, some of them have just dissapeared, some are there and they are not, there is no closing or right execution.
WE have the SIO  Hi-Fi,the tool that allows to watch 3D with BlueRay quality and clearness,we spent years and lots of money to develop and patent,BUT we were forced or convinced that to show it on Panasonic 3D TVs and LG TVs with the 3DGo app it was not necessary, that some kind of porting even though it was not what it was supposse to be would be ok.
WE were not firm, it could have been easier-cheaper and better to convince them to go with the SIO Hi-Fi,even to give it to them for free with certain conditions in our favor, it would have been better for all specially SIO ending with a uniform format-platform, but we were bullied again and there`s where we stand now, with a mediocre product which is not what we wnated but with ud footing the bills.
The only one doing it right was VIZIO but at bottom prices for both the Hi-Fi (deal) and the 3DGo (active users and revenues).

Now we can`t handle anything till the end of the year to service the LG deal, again it was not the original plan or for that matter the backup plan.

SIO has no BALLS, they are a YES Company, but with no money or backup investors, depending on how long it takes for the LG-3DGo deal to start showing revenues and how much money and time to crack the 13 different countries, you know what may happen.

Let`s just hope this works,we know this new BOD has not done much so far, going on six months now.
We can go on and on,but as long as we have a one man show it`s going to be harder and harder, hard to believe nobody sees that at the top.
Our tech is not new anymore, and time goes by.
