Too many.

Communication still horrible.
There`s nothing wrong when something very important like a game changer for SIO gets updated more than usual for a short period of time till things get on track, and we do have many.

On time delivery of deals still a problem.

You can`t mix your personal Tweet account with Company related issues.

SIO hired Renmark at the end of March basically to handle and deliver information to over 800 low to high investors, you can`t deliver tweets.

Execution still a problem.
The LG deal for USA and Canada is an example of confusion and late launches.
Back in July 2014 when the LG deal was signed SIO mentioned the International Launch with 13 countries starting December 2014 and continuing with others in 2015.
We are now 8 months later and there`s no talk of it, even though a few months ago through a tweeter post we were told that Spain and Germany were ready or almost ready.
So it was announced 13 months ago and ??

On the new Format it was meant to tackle all other devices, we know they reencoded the Library BUT is the Format up and ready or not?, if it is we should be in many devices by now, that was the deal.
I JUST SAW MASSI`S POST AND IT`S IN USE,UNLESS I READ IT ALL WRONG SHOULDN`T WE START TO BE IN MOST DEVICES?

Priorities, a mess.
When you promise Intnl Launch and a new Format months in advance and then a new deal (Samsung) pops up, do you postpone those deals in favor of Samsung??.
And here is my eternal question.
Why when you have so much delivery and execution promised you cut cost to the bone??.
That was shown when Routhier said one thing at the time, insane !!, we are fighting the fight of our lives but can only do one step at the time?.

Accountability much to be desired.

So to condense we can`t deliver because we don`t have the means to do more than one thing at the time, is that the mentality of somebody that wants to conquer the World ? NO!!!.

We will never be the 3D Netflix, because we have-are a niche offering and because hopefully if we can put the house in order somebody will step up and take it.

Marketing.
It`s getting a bit better but I personally think it`s not enough.
We keep on waiting for something else to add to it.

Money.
If we are doing everything they say we must be tapping into our Savings account, UNLESS we are doing very good on the rentals and they keeping it a secret, because at these SP unless they raise them soon the warrants will be very iffy.

We have "ambitions" but we can`t put them in place-order, we give projections, usually based on third parties and we have not been right in ages.
Do we actually have good people to run this to the top on our own?, I don`t think so, we have done very good things but we should have passed the Baton long time ago (2012).

On Dec 2014 we expanded the Wilan deal to cover more only to be told not to expect anything from them till sometime 2016.

And time keeps on passing.
