We`ll have to have a PP very very soon or just after the next Financials at month end.
Not even the Caisse with their power and investment threw us a life line of what could have amounted to $450.000 out of a possible $1.035.000.
The problem is how low the price is going to be.
I would think they`ll try for $2.000.000 or a bit more.
That`s 20.000.000 shares assuming $0.10 per share plus sister warrants.
Or a few less shares if the price is higher.
Or a few more if it`s lower.
Since we are now at 112.500.000 shares we have to wait to see where we stop.
All that could have been averted if LG would settle the infrigement of the S2D switch and the Caisse would have exercised their share of the warrants, it could have been increased if a gesture of woodwill Management would have taken just $1 instead of their salary till things get on track as they keep on promisisng (it`s been done many times with other Companies).
As much as we promise and talk we`ll need money and even a great Fall season wont give it to us.
