RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Definitely some potential upside hereHedge.....from this post, I get the impression that you (and possbilby others) think that once patent sale is executed and the cash comes to SIO, then 3dgo business is as usual (with the beneifit of having some cash to cover expenses). And thus, you think then they can come out from under court protection.
I read the motion such that business as usual is under court protection not only to allow 3dgo to continue in the short term, but to complete the "sale process" of the entire company including 3dgo.
So, as I mentioned in previous post, the employees have some strategic objectives in their contracts, and I'm assuming its international explanison and stremaing devices to prepare 3dgo for eventual sale.
