MassiI wish I knew what will happen,it`s all wrapped in speculation and secrecy,something we have become accustomed to.
I could be wrong the way I see things but I`m sure somebody will correct me.
I am still trying to figure out the real sale of patents, meaning which ones were sold and how many if any we kept,the selling price was insanely low.
If I were to assume I would say that the SIO HiFi and the extension to the HiFi we announced last March 2014 still in our power, without them we could not run 3DGo, that`s my opinion.
ST2D ?, it was a money maker and we still have LG to settle, did they sell that to 3D-LLC-WiLan?, the secret deal WiLan signed with SIO had more to it that we know.
We had 29 patents, 19 granted and 10 pending,expiring between 2013 and 2029, if we gave all that for $350-400.000 no wonder we are where we are,another great deal from management.
Right after I came from the south I flew to Europe and I`m still here, hard to dig for me.
The fact that we are still alive with an extension till the end of April says something,what ??.
If in fact the prospective buyers are chinese it could change things, either sell for a song, get more of what we are worth or get an injection and try to keep on going, I have dealt with chinese bussinessmen for a long time and they are unpredictable.
So, is Delloite doing their job?.
Are they being manipulated by Routhier and the BOD ?.
Are the Courts making the right calls ?.
How much power Routhier still yields and for how much longer?.
Are we gaining anything by prolonging the agony or just extending Routhier`s power and earnings while he makes arrengements for his next move?.
Are we going to recoup something worthwhile at the end?.
That`s the way I see it Massi, IMHO.
