Massi, in all due respect, a chance to do what? They fired all their employees on Dec. 23.  There is no one left to run the machine, except Choquette and Routhier, who are there to liaise with Deloitte (Choquette) and sell the IP (Routhier). Everything of value is licensed to Wi-Lan and/or in the process of being sold.

chance to restart..or continue..if 3dgo! show some good progress, some patent will be sold..pay most of debt,  restructuration will work, some new investor maybe will believe in thise product..especially if the they will be ready -soon to go international, streaming etc.. wy not? 3DGUY i see you little negative, i think you an expert, but i still dont understund what is your real interest x ...more

My interest - good question... I wonder that these days. I had - as my name implies - a lot of interest in 3D. I still love 3D, but came to the realization that it's just a fad for the home, and it went away. For the past 2 years, I've been coming and going on this board, usually intervening to correct what I perceive as unrealistic hopes, or technical/commercial inaccuracies. These ...more

So 3D_guy.... You are here to save the newly invested here. The ones like me who took a huge risk and got in at .01-.02!... Thanks so much for looking after me. I feel so much better knowing the saviour side of you is there to look out for us. Say, is your name Jesus by any chance? Cause that would surely help with your credibility... You Know that every time you make a Buck, someone lose one ...more

Mazz, people who get into a stock at the penny level like you are doing here are typically parasitic bottom feeders hoping to scrape leftovers - a penny here, a half penny there.  A dead cat bounce, maybe. The winners here are the studios who took the financing money for advances in royalties, the SIO management who took in salaries year after year without showing any profit ever, and Sprott ...more

3D_Guy.. After reading your last post it's easy to see that you are not posting here to save the lost investor but simply to vent your frustration. So I would guess you lost money here and you don't like people like me who got in at the bottom and have a greater chance to make money here... Am I a parasite or an opportunist? I'm in avg $.0125 and I think there's a good chance I can ...more

Mazz, how do you think "SIO filed a notice of intention to make a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada)"? Will it survive or we lose all money? To be honest, I am quite concern. By the way, I also like v.ITM and v.JP that are also technology penny stocks. Good luck to all here.

So if that's the case, who is taking care of the app? I have a hard time to believe that they can't extract more than $1M of value in selling this stuff, pay off the creditors and go on, or at least pay a pittance out to sharesholders. A pittance being greater than 2 cents and therefore upside from the current stock price.

Who is taking care of the app?  Well, here's another question: is anyone actually taking care of the app right now? Could the app be left idling without supervision, and if so, for how long? IIRC, most of the app runs on Neulion infrastructure. Seeing as there does't seem to be any public complaints of an outage (i.e. on Facebook), we'll assume they haven't pulled the ...more

IMHO, It's more than likely that it's Neulion that forced Sensio to file for bankruptcy. They have the power to pull the plug, as you mention. They are owed the greatest amount. Unlike the other creditors, they have running expenses related to "keeping the lights on", as you say.  They can't just write it off, they are still providing the service. Thoughts?

do you have any smaal cap ?
Comment by 3D_Guy on Jan 18, 2016 3:00pm
There's approx. 112M shares of SIO out there @2 cents that's 2.24M$ (after clearing all debts). I don't think they can extract 3.25MM for their patents, especially since they've already cashed in a lot of avances in royalties from Wi-Lan. Even getting 2 cents per share will be a stretch. From his track record, if he was somehow able to win the jackpot and find good money ...more
