Massi, in all due respect, a chance to do what? They fired all their employees on Dec. 23. There is no one left to run the machine, except Choquette and Routhier, who are there to liaise with Deloitte (Choquette) and sell the IP (Routhier). Everything of value is licensed to Wi-Lan and/or in the process of being sold.

Mazz, how do you think "SIO filed a notice of intention to make a proposal under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada)"? Will it survive or we lose all money? To be honest, I am quite concern. By the way, I also like v.ITM and v.JP that are also technology penny stocks. Good luck to all here.

So if that's the case, who is taking care of the app? I have a hard time to believe that they can't extract more than $1M of value in selling this stuff, pay off the creditors and go on, or at least pay a pittance out to sharesholders. A pittance being greater than 2 cents and therefore upside from the current stock price.

IMHO, It's more than likely that it's Neulion that forced Sensio to file for bankruptcy. They have the power to pull the plug, as you mention. They are owed the greatest amount. Unlike the other creditors, they have running expenses related to "keeping the lights on", as you say. They can't just write it off, they are still providing the service. Thoughts?
