Noticed in presentation Snipp's objective to move to the NASDAQ.    There are many qualifications depending of how SPN will be defined.    Snipp has enough publicly held shares but stock prices ranging from $2 to $4 and OTC trading volumes of 2K/day over 30 days is needed.  I'm sure there are special considerations and  conditions.  Got a ways to go with ...more

FYI..........I'm sure most of you are aware of the Gambit deal but just to net it out. (Gambling News - Jerome Garcia)...........  The acquisition is with a price tag of $5 million. Snipp explained that $0.3 million will be paid in cash, while the remaining $4.7 million will be paid in common shares of Snipp to security holders of Gambit. Hopefully only 300K shares are in motion............and the $4.7M shares become insider volumes with a no-trade condition for 1 year (good luck on that one)........ wonder what the share price was.   Guess we'll see it shortly on the insider report if that's the way it's going   I've seen large chunks traded over the last couple days so who knows what the real bottom line ...more

you guys should reach the PR.  a. 300k was not shares it was cash b. 4.7mm was shares with 4 months or something AND after that a release only every month... So very good terms.

no worries Donlin2...posting here the relevant part to make it easy to see how nicely this has been structured. Also seems like about 8% dilution only since the 10 day average works out to about $0.29...i for one love the deal - another incentive, a high high growth industry and like i said before they keep saying Asset light which implies costs of this thing are minimal.
