The expansion of the Trans Mountain pipeline is expected to open on May 1st. That could be the thing driving the SP up. The price for Canadian oil might go up a bit and the oil will have a cheaper way of getting to the coast other than railroad.

TMX could be one reason. So could the weather, or the flavour of water. More than likely insider buying with the loose lips around SNV. Something coming down pipe soon.
