Hi...It's not closed yet.  The bank has taken back and provided introductions to other interested parties that have taken back equity to pay off a debt that TSN had with Trafugo (can't spell) so that Trafugo would release its claim on TSN assets.  Those assets are now going to be moved into a trust as security for the loans that Accendo will provide.  This is all in process and will hopefully conclude before months end.  
That should pay for getting the 2nd mine built and get this company on the right path to take advantage of the current gold market.  
Again that's how I understood it.  Open to clarification.
