Baffels me that they are taking their sweet time trying to bring the process through full testing and getting it going. I suppose it had to deal with $$. Still I would have thought that a lender or PP to get that up and running. They may have turned a profit earlier.
Regardless, I am pleased that they turned a profit in 2021. I wasn't expecting until 2022.
What is also interesting is the tailing pond that is sitting on a good amount of gold / silver. I suppose the LeachOx process will filter that out as well to extract as much of the PM as possible?
That alone could provide a decent return. If I recall they estimated 300,000 AU Eq Ounces and even if they can recover 50% of that would be amazing... 150,000 x $1900 (est) = $285,000,000 which should more than cover their costs and pay off all their debt.
So why are they waiting to get this going like yesterday?
