ya not going to until they announce that final tranch of funds for getting the 2nd mine built.  That is a significant de-risking event IMO, and I think once we know that they are moving that forward fast that will start to show in the share price.  Also they need to get  their rear end in gear on CM to increase recovery grades on the PM.  That's holding them back huge.  ...more
