SOHU to move up
SOHU is showing signals of an end to the near-term downtrend. The weekly RSI plots in the bullish zone, near 60 levels, an area of support. The blow-out results for Q3, the improvement in its gross margin (67% in Q3 '07, 61% in Q2 '07, and 64% Q3 '06), the Olympics drawing closer, the expected launch of "The Duke of Mount Deer" by the end of next year, the robust growth in China's online game market and the improvement in the revenue guidance for Q4 provides strong fundamentals to Sohu.com Inc. No immediate drivers/ events that can seriously challenge the strong fundamentals of SOHU is expected. The stock can make new highs in the short-term.
