Reverse Take over

You have to wonder why all the cost and time to do a reverse take over of SoLVBL Solutions when after a year the stock is $.035 and I doubt there are any revenues. I thought this might have a chance considering the importance of cybersecurity. But it looks like SoVLBL Solutions is going to solve nothing. Looks there was no need to patent the software as nobody wants it.
