I talked with the Licensed Insolvency Trustee and SOLV is bankrubt and it's shares will never trade again. Time to declare your Captial loss.

Termination coming

The CSE issued a cease trade/suspended company on Dec 6th 2023 for Solvbl Solutions. The company has 90 days to do something about this. The compnay needs to contact the CSE to let them know the ...more

There is plenty of people from the darkhorse and Bravio days that have never seen a dime. Just look at what Paul Caroll did in Perth when running a lottery for the make a wish foundation.

I invested over 4 years ago. Always promises - but I dont even have share seats from Darkhorse days - maybe time to be a whistleblower and talk to the OSC/IIROC/TSX

To me this sounds like a scam!! how do they just step down and walk away? Darhorse is active and look at Paul Carroll on socials he is still promoting.

What's next

The CSE is waiting for this company to file it's Financial statements. I am thinking the CSE will give SOLV a couple of months to file and if they don't file, SOLV will be delisted.

Not done yet

We have a bid again (1/2 penny) and all the 1/2 penny offers are gone. Now up to a penny offer. They are keeping the Company's filings up to date so maybe we still have a shot with this.
