SOLO and the food delivery business.
I was just watching a financial news report, on BNN Bloomberg, in regard to the COVID-19 outbreak. The analyst, that was being interviewed, indicated the with all of the measures being taken to combat the outbreak restaurants are seeing an increase in food delivery orders as people hunker down, to ride out the storm, in their homes. Restaurant chains such as Tim Hortons has suspended their sit down service at their outlets, until further notice, and, are now focused on drive-thru order service in order to practice social distancing to protect their customers and their employees. Other restaurant chains are also following suit. With this in mind, should this outbreak remain active for some time I can see restauranters may begin looking around at economical vehicle options to aid them in building the food delivery side of their business and those that did not have a delivery service prior to the outbreak may seriously consider adding a delivery service to their business and decide to do just that. With this in mind I could see restauranters taking a good hard look at the SOLO as a viable delivery vehicle option which could result in a boost in demand for the SOLO and increased sales. I guess we'll see, going forward.
