Biden Administration proposing a $12,500.00 incentive for EV

It was reported on BNN, this moring, that the Biden Administration is proposing a purchase incentive of $12,500.00 for the purchase of electric vehicles in order to make EV's a more attractive vehicle purchase option for American consumers.  If such an incentive is, indeed, impemented the incentive could make the already inexpensive SOLO vehicle very popular with younger buyers and single buyers living on a fixed income.  The SOLO has been priced at an average price of $18,000.00 US$ so with the incentive of $12,000.00 would put the cost of a SOLO model at around $5500.00.  The SOLO should be selling like hot cakes.
