The Company's technology, namely Fully Human Albumin Binding (FHAB), utilizes a fully human single chain antibody fragment that binds to and hitch-hikes on human serum albumin for transport to target tissues. Its lead clinical-stage asset, SON-080, is a fully human version of IL-6 manufactured in Chinese Hamster Ovary (CHO) cells. SON-080, for its target indications of Chemotherapy-Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN) and Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy (DPN). Its pipeline also includes SON-1210, SON-1410 and SON-3015.
