cant figure out why the shareprice is that low.
geen mentioned there were take out offers that he as a "family" business guy rejected.

as soon as this is understood by some better investors teh price is... way way higher.
the only reason IMHO that its still low and not bought up is, that BZAM geeting out as they miscaluculted the chance to get KNOW HOW for free or in addition to tale it out. 
that may work in TECH industries, but never ever in farmin business and family experts (grown up with knowledge of generations).

I say, this is a chance onece a livetime to buy a dollar for a dime!
soon tons of cashflow inccoming (at least 10 mio a month with at least 50% profit).
