Strange partial fill

Strange partial fill I had a bid in at 2.35 for 2K ( with TD)  and the seller was TD but only managed a 500 share fill???
I was told trades always go in house first..... and there was nothing on the bid at 2.35 when i entered my trade.
Shenanigans again on the exchange.
PME trading at a huge discount to NAV, to start the day. Over  2.88 is the ACTUAL value of the holdings as of the 24th of JUNE... so a  53 cent discount to NAV?????
That is nearly  19%
SO dumped the remaining MMP.un i had gathered up at 1.92 and buying PME again here. Better value and more bang for your buck as far distribution goes as well.
