IF PME were to trade at NAV....

The price of the stock would have to rise over 40 cents....
Stated NAV from CI this am is 2.6978... and last trade was at 2.28....
That was a 41 cent discount to NAV which works out to just about exactly 15%... and the bigget discount we have seen in some time..
