RE: Spur to be listed on Chinese exchange?Nilyab, IMO they can't back out because this would get the phosphat-deal cancelled immediately. I was invested in FSY and a similar thing happened when a so called BBE (black empowerment stuff) suddenly appeared with some greenfield uranium "prospective" tenements and they finally sold them to FSY for 45 mln C$. Of course a bunch of high officials are behind this BBE and of course this deal was structured to allow FSY its contribution to the local bakschisch system. Probably something similar is up here and we should just take it as it is - an entree fee to the big deal. Art
