There were 625,000 stock options (exercisable at $ 1.03) that expired on Jul 04, 2011.  I believe the warrants date back to the July 2005 private placement at $ 1.75 with 2 year warrants at $ 2.00.  You can be certain to see more options granted soon.  They were essentially approved at an AGM several years ago.  Hopefully you are correct and the ML transfers will be approved soon.  I also hope to see an announcement on an acquisition in a friendlier jurisdiction soon.
