RE:RE:RE:The positive is we now are owners of a Royalty

RE:RE:RE:The positive is we now are owners of a Royalty Nilyab, there does not appear to any insider involvement in this transaction.  Metalla Royalty seems to have some very competent people on the board and management.  Included on the board is Lawrence Roulston (former newsletter writer).  They have obviously seen the value and future potential in Atlantic Gold.  It also seems to be a great deal for the seller of this royalty as they will receive more than $ 5 million (CAD) for a 1% royalty with the possibility of significant upside to the share price of Metalla Royalty.  This transaction could possibly be seen to potentially value the Fifteen Mile Stream project only at something in the order of $ 500 million (CAD).  Metalla Royalty may also be counting on significant expansion to the reserves at Fifteen Mile.
