Takeover
I spoke to a rep.from Royal Bank Action Direct today and he said each share of Atlantic will be purchased for 2.95 when the transaction is complete sometime in late July. I cant imagine the share price changing a lot from here in the mean time. It certainly shouldnt go above the 2.95 because that is all they are paying in late July. This is my understanding.

As far as I know, the takeover price is 2.90, not 2.95 That's 0.7% above today's closing price.

Plus 5 cents on pro rata basis of allocation of share in spinoff company 'Spinco' re their interest in VLC. So yep $2.90 cash plus 5 cents it is!
