full time and has restarted the printing press to offer 50,000 RSU's to the CFO.

It is good that he is back. It was probably a trying time for him and his family. Hopefully sales take care a big uptick as DCs roll out newer tech.

This company is held pretty closely by a relative small # of large players. Imho, we will not see any takeout offering anytime soon. MrS7

Eveything has a price. Needs to be taken to the next level by a bigger player I believe who sees the real value in this company. I've heard they've made inroads in auto sector, any truh to that?

It looks like it's more that the radio. An ATS is a device that acts as a brain between utility and secondary power. It acts in the event of power interruption to switch over to secondary power and control the system with little or no input from you.
