It really doesn't make any sense to me.  How often do you see 8%?  This should be trading in the mid .20's at minimum.

tax loss selling? I have no clue.....honestly....plus they own shares in CNC.V and NOB.V equivalent to their present market cap. That alone is insane.....I don't think people read the financials ...more
