It also focused on rare earth elements exploration, which includes Minore (EL9031 and EL8961).

Has anyone talked the lawyers? Thier press release states in part(see below) "persons who acquired the shares" ........so if you sold them?  Very imprecise, vague wording for a law firm.  Jmo s1

The law firm of Siskinds LLP today announced that it has commenced a class proceeding in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice on behalf of persons who acquired the shares of Canada Lithium Corporation (TSX: CLQ) between October 28, 2010 and February 28, 2011. The claim relates to the withdrawal of the previously disclosed resource estimate relating to CLQ's Quebec Lithium Project.
