It also focused on rare earth elements exploration, which includes Minore (EL9031 and EL8961).

Are some shareholders retarded?

Why in the world would someone sell/give away their shares to some stranger for less than their value? That value is determined by trades in CLQ, the "parent" stock, on the ASX in Sydney. Suggest some here learn how to use an online currency convertor so they can see what the ASX in $AUS sp corresponds here in North America by converting the ASX sp into $US/$CDN.
