"officially" oversold
As of now, the shares have an RSI of 28, with anything under 30 indicating oversold. And the sp is down to the lower Bollinger Band. My guess is that we just may have seen the end of this manipulated walk-down of the sp. Co and Ni enjoying high prices and greater promise in water areas would seem to suggest can only push the sp down so far. The DFS, literally, is due out in a few weeks--should be strong given actual Co and Ni prices. Seems an odd time for anyone to give up and sell and let their shares be stolen by strangers who then will reap the profit with the sp rise.
