Niocorp Vs Cleanteq !

If I have 68k to invest , where Would I put it?
it will give me 100k share of Niobf, or  Clq, both long term plays, both scandium.
Management of Niocorp are proven winners, been a investor for 35 years.
sorry for Clq but after doing my DD I,am in Niocorp!
