Why do North Americas

give their shares away at much less that the currency equivant price to Sydney close?   CLQ on the ASX closed at .525, which translates to .381 US and .497 CDN.  But CTEQF closed at .368 and CLQ at .47.  Certainly the shorts were part of this closing the shares at the low of the day for effect--the close affects TA.
