I'm one Canadian whose long and strong on this company's stock. I'm looking for smartest way to maintain my $4K investment onwards through the TSX de-listing. Going the recommended Compushare route to the ASX seems cumbersome and costly for future trades. Agree easiest to sell now but, how do we Canadians best buy back in? Suggestions welcome and appreciated.

Sorry I didnt see this earlier.  Two ways to go.  Sell at current price on TSX, and use IB brokers and buy on the ASX.  OR.... get the new share cert, open an account at IB..... and either deposit the new cert, or it seems there is a transfer code they can use.  I had already sold my CLQ  on the TSX when they made the announcement....I have since bought on the ASX and ...more

Thanks MC. I also sold my CLQ on the TSX but, rather than going through the changeover to the ASX, I repurchased on the US OTC exchange under Ticker CTEQF. I was advised that Clean Tech did not delist from that US exchange but now am suspicious as OTC market price seems stuck at TSX price rather than moving with the ASX price.  Am investigating further and will advise findings.  I'm ...more

Hey MC: Finally, a 13% rise yesterday on CTEQF stock price! It had been lagging behind CLQ:ASX pricing activity over this past month. It appears that pricing on the OTC depends on their trading activity rather than what's happening on the ASX. I've also signed up with IB in case I decide to go that way, as you did. In the interim, I've requested clarification from Ben Stockdale at ...more

Paging "MC" and other interested parties! Ben Stockdale just called me back from Clean-TeQ to confirm that there was no action or intent to delist from the US, OTC market. He suggested that the OTC stock price should generally follow that of CLQ on the ASX, save any timing or currency change differences. Therefore, I have more confidence that my CTEQF investment on the OTC obviates the ...more

Very cool.  I had an IB account anyway, and had bought some Kalamazoo resources earlier , so it was no biggie for me.  I know that the TSX listing costs an arm and a leg.  so understand dropping the listing if so few shares were part of the float.  Did Stockdale have any comments as to a Rollback and spinout timetable? Thanks for reaching out GLTA MC

Did not press Stockdale for info other than US listing status. My best sources for current company info are blogs.... https://investorshub.advfn.com/CleanTeQ-CTEQF-32604/ ...and more recently... https://ih.advfn.com/stock-market/USOTC/clean-teq-qx-CTEQF/stock-price. Also, Nov 28 Friedland interview noted therein is a worthy listen...IMHO. Cheers!

Here is a better site Oldjoe ....   https://hotcopper.com.au/asx/clq/?keywords=CLQ    ( you will have to copy and paste the link ).    They are a day ahead of us over there in Auz land. Their market opens late evening central time U.S. ( around 7pm ) best I remember. ..... Bluetick

Belated thanks to Bluetick for your worthy guidance. Healthy bump in SP today...am not sure why though...other than Friedland Investment, Sunrise and Water Treatment potential futures. I remain long and strong on CTEQF as one of my key holdings...principally due to Sunrise.

Your welcome there OldJoe. I have been a long time holder of CTEQF. I believe good things are coming soon. For your info, if you haven't been there yet, this is a great place for news on CleanTeQ. Just remember that Australia is a day ahead of us. I usually start reading on Hot Copper about 8pm central time U.S........https://hotcopper.com.au/asx/clq/?keywords=CLQ      ...more

Hey Bluetick....I'm still holding long and strong....assume you are also. Wondering what the new ticker for CTEQF will be with the impending10 for 1 share consolidation and name change to Sunrise Metals? This appears to be an interim move to spinning off the water treatment biz. Am also wondering if the above moves will help stimulate new shareholder interest to our benefit? My goodnes, we ...more
