Does anyone know if the supreme court acceppted the case or not? I believe it has been over three weeks since it was submitted. GLTA

Apparently the Cree have changed their status in the case from Intervention to Respondent and that has delay the process. Hopefully we will know in a few more weeks!

we are on area 3 land.... the indians have no power on this designated land. funny fact they were protesting thinking it was go be a nucleur reactor and were all doing cbc interviews out in the wilderness ,lol,yapping about melting towers and explosion ,cbc didnt correct them and tell them its a mining project that would be rascist.

To my knowledge, this project isn't even on their land. Not sure why they even have a say in it.
