Sproutly is Insolvent aka Bankrupt!

Sproutly has nothing to go on or move forward with, that they did not already have in the first place to succeed. Bankruptcy is inevitable imho.

Sproutly (itself) is not bankrupt. The CCAA proceedings are for THR which is Sproutly's only assets. Sproutly still exists and holds the technology licencing. This is all well and good for Sen, once again ,as he received everything, spent other peoples money and will be starting all over again. He is still significantly up and all the shareholders got screwed. Definitely not good but not lost ...more
