Tooilet Paper on the Bottom of Sen's shoe = Sproutly

Sproutly becomes a paper entity with some rights to "APP Tehnology" in certain regions. Sen doesn't need it. He can 'buy' the rights back, focus on the USA and go on his merry way, or just let it sit dormant. Sproutly is stuck to the bottom of Sen's shoe with no goodwill or name recognition to speak of.

 Pop goes Blizzy's bubble. I will miss his charm and wit.
